Transparent Pricing: Strike Plus is planned at $2.99 billed monthly, or $24.99 billed annually (approximately $2.08/month, providing a 30% savings). Strike Pro is planned at $9.99 billed monthly, or $79.99 billed annually (approximately $6.67/month, providing a 33% savings). No other hidden fees or transaction fees apply.
Auto-Renewal Terms: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their billing frequency (monthly or annually) using the stored payment method unless cancelled. Renewal pricing matches the original term unless notified at least 30 days prior.
Grace Periods & Late Payments: To support busy academic schedules, late subscription payments are granted a 48-hour grace period with warnings sent at 2 days and 1 day before service restriction. Subsequent late payments result in entitlement lock after 24 hours. Your core Free account access, session timer, check-in basics, and personal study history will remain fully intact.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, navigate to your Settings screen and click on 'Cancel Subscription'. Cancellation stops future billing, and your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. Refund requests are handled through our customer support within 14 days of transaction.
